Triform Bell Choir
The Triform Bell Choir, under the direction of Akiko Suesada, is comprised of residents of the Triform Camphill Community. Young adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities work together to bring their musical talent to events both inside and outside of Triform. The Bell Choir has performed in benefit concerts at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in New York City and at the Herbst Theatre in San Francisco. They have also performed at the Mahaiwe Theater, the Hudson Opera House’s Winter Walk, and for student graduations, conferences, and celebrations in Triform. By playing music collaboratively, the Bell Choir exemplifies one of life’s most beautiful and important lessons – by working together, the world is a more harmonious place.
