Our program is designed for individuals with mild to moderate intellectual and mental disabilities that may include, but are not restricted to, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD), Down Syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS), Fragile X Syndrome, Williams Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and other conditions associated with intellectual disability. Triform’s vocational training offers experience in sustainable community living including organic farming, organic gardening, weaving, pottery, home economics and landscaping. Our educational program offers classroom studies as well as art, music, drama, and movement. Our therapeutic residential community supports these young adults on their road to greater independence.

Fee Schedule
Triform’s current annual fee for full time residential program is $70,826. Our 4-week trial visit fee is currently $7,500. The fee schedule may be subject to an annual increase based on the Board of Directors’ review.
